I'm getting back into playing the game after a long break and setting up all my mods again. However, I used to have a mod that removed the one week waiting time for publishing books, songs, and such. I haven't been able to find it, so I figured I'd make it myself. I've extracted all of the XML files but haven't found one that contains that setting.

I'd like someone to

A. Point me in the direction of the XML file(s) that control this mechanic.
B. Post a link or directions to find a mod if it already exists.

Hey! Are you using TDESCs and Scumbumbo's TDESC browser? They are a life saver when trying to locate the appropriate files for what you want to mod.

Download those and set them up as described, then just type in keywords until you locate the necessary files. However, I did find the mod you were describing so feel free to ignore the above if you don't want to explore modding. I believe the mod is compatible with IL based on it not being in his Patch Notes.
