Sorry for taking it soo long. I know it's been a month since the last update. But all of the memories are added and should be complete now. Phew!
But because there're so many sims, I might have made a mistake somewhere.
If you find any wrongly-set memories, please report them! Thanks.

@simsfreq
Is it OK if I set your sim Andy Crawford as a sibling of David King - as EmeraldFalcon requested earlier?

@EmeraldFalcon
I can't seem to find the family description of both; King-Montes family and Watson family. Could you please write one? Thanks!

@Peni Griffin
I can't seem to find the family description of the Splitter household. Could you please write one?
Thanks!

@M.M.A.A.
I can't seem to find the family description of both; Stone family and Patch family. Could you please write one? Thanks!
Also, the sims of these two households don't have bios as well. I'd need them too.

Some descriptions are missing but the neighborhood on itself is done. We'll only need some Storytelling pictures for each household and it can be uploaded!
The latest version (Inhabited - V11) of the neighborhood can be downloaded here!

The Splitter Household: Dr. Adam Splitter has been living on Foundation property so he could monitor all his delicate experiments 24/7 for years, but now the Foundation has saddled him with an assistant! And she comes with a teen-age boy in tow. Can they adjust to life with the renowned reclusive scientist? Or will they all make each other Mad?

@CatherineTCJD
It's OK. We know you were busy with other things. Thanks for your contribution. It's a nice bar, really!

As for Emerald Heights, all of the lots are done. The sims have been added to the neighborhood as well. So the neighborhood is almost done.
Only Storytelling pictures need to be taked for each family. 5 picutres for each family would be good. But of course, because there are so many families (EH has 20 families in total), one person cannot do the whole job.
But one person could take care of 5 families. The other 15 families could be done by 3 other people.

Thank you Peni! The family bio is great. I'll copy and paste it right away into the empty space.

At the Stone Household the Windows are not positioned correctly into the wall.
I´ve mentioned this earlier in post #606

If you quit to the neighborhood without saving and re-enter the lot, the windows get fixed.
But of course, if this is too much work, we could simply replace those windows.

OK. It may be a little bit too earlier for this thread but I've created a "What did you do with the Emerald Heights sims?" thread. As it seems, some have already started playing this neighborhood, despite it not being finished yet. That encourages me to take the Storytelling pictures! But that's so much work...

Those windows really should be replaced. Flaws will inevitably creep in, but any we know about we should fix. "We" meaning Jawusa, apparently...

I'm trying to psych myself up to take storytelling pics for my households, and getting nowhere. First deciding what pictures are necessary; then choosing or even building sets and putting copies (often aged down ones) of the characters into them, then staging the pictures - I don't envy you that job. At least with a hood this size suitable buildings will already be on hand for most photoshoots.

I'll see if I can make myself get on making story pictures for my households. But no promises.

Ugly is in the heart of the beholder.

Apologies for not commenting earlier about the bios or windows in the Stone household. I was playing around with moveobjects and you'll notice that there are two windows placed over each other. All that needs to be done is removing the small windows because they're necessary at this point, and picking up the tall ones and placing them back down again. That'll fix it.

I think it's caused by the reset once you start up the neighborhood the first time. I do this all the time in my custom neighborhood. :P

Note to self: Don't go overboard with moveobjects!

I can fix it, but is there a new version of the neighborhood that anyone might be working on so I can start from there or should I use the last one uploaded?

ETA: Found it!

MMAA had built that house. So if MMAA doesn't mind, I'll fix the windows. That's why I used "We". Sorry to be confusing.
ETA: Oh, I've just seen your message. I could fix the windows. Don't worry about that. There's no need to upload the entire neighborhood just for such a little thing.

Thanks for the hard work, Peni. It'd take me another month to take all those Storytelling pictures. So I appreciate your help!
I have some notes on the Splitter household. I always write up some ideas before taking the pictures. Maybe these will help...

- Maybe a picture of Dr. Adam starting a fire in the lab. Or a picture of him being at work and experimenting in the SkEYE Corp Labs building...
- Dora could be arguing with someone but the target sim cannot be seen. (Like in the Goth picture where Mortimer is very angry.) That could make the people believe that she's about to divorce...
- A picture of Dora and Steve on their first day in Emerald Heights. Just moving in. Dr. Adam greeting them...
- Maybe a picture of Steve flirting with one of the Group Home girls...

Yes, those would seem fitting. And to your first point about the storytelling picture, why not both?

Both would work too but I'll leave this to Peni. I'm sure she'll come up with something great. These are just suggestions. Peni can also take completely different pictures. I'm not forcing her to use these.

As for your families, I have some notes too.

Patch:
- A picture of Adam and Flora, sitting on a bench in East City Park. Looking a bit sad and maybe a bit jealous to children who are playing in the park. (You know, they wanted to have a child but Flora never got pregnant after years of trying)
- A picture of Adam being at work in Emerald Heights City Hall, talking to Caesar Rafferty/or gossiping with him about someone else - maybe Shonda Watson, another politicial sim.
- A picture of Flora being at work in LaFontaine Memorial Hospital. (She's a nurse, right?) Then, she could be dressed in her uniform and could be talking to a patient.
- A picture of Zahara being just adopted. Adam and Flora waiting in front of the door.
- A picture of Flora throwing up. (Hinting that she might got pregnant)

Yeah! Those are great! Especially the one where they gossip about Shonda. According to the career panel, Flora's a Specialist. And I wrote the bios - and I didn't refer to the pregnancy, so players will have to find out through the storytelling pictures, as a surprise.

Here are the bios for the Patches:

Patch Household Bio: After years of struggling to have children, Adam and Flora decided to take a different route and along that route they found Zahara! Things can't get any better! However, with Adam's career putting a spotlight on their family, and his questionable relations with some of Emerald Heights' notable residents, how long will their joy last?

Adam: Though he is your typical nice fellow, Adam does have that mysterious demeanor to him, which does make people wonder what exactly is his agenda - if he even has one. Some may even go to think that the whole adoption process was a publicity stint! What?! We all know that's not true...

Flora: Flora couldn't be happier with the arrival of little Zahara. She longed to be a mother for so long and she knew Adam would make a great dad. She'll do her best to make sure the political spotlight won't harm her family, whatever it takes!

Zahara: Zozo is just a happy little girl who is happy to have found a new home and new loving parents. Let's just hope the spotlight won't ruin the bliss!

And I'm still working on the Stones' bios.

P.S. Feel free to improve the bios!

They're beautiful! Very expressive! Great work!

And here are the bios for the Stone family:

Stone Family: Esmeralda and Rocky strive to set up good examples for their children, hoping they won't fall into any traps others might leave behind. There are reports of some very suspicious activty going on and Esmeralda needs a clear mind to focus on catching the bad guys. Can Rocky keep an eye on their mischievous twins while making sure little Precious behaves well herself? Or will family life cause a distraction for Esmeralda and allow the bad guys to get away? The city is in desperate need of a hero!

Rocky: Rocky knew since he was a kid he wanted to set up the best example for his own children someday. He was the one who helped look after the neighborhood's kids growing up and it's no surpirse after all these years he's dedicated his time to his own kids now.

Esmeralda: Esmeralda has worked so hard her entire life and she definitely earned her promotion to Detective! Now it's time to fight off all the evil lurking around this city and help restore its safety and greatness. There are reports of snakes hiding in the grass so she will have to tread lighlty and use her instincts to catch them - hopefully her instincts won't cost her her life!

Flynt: Flynt could easily fool anyone into thinking that he's his twin brother, Onyx, a trick that has come in handy in the past, but will he still be able to stand out if this keeps on going?

Onyx: Onyx could easily fool anyone into thinking that he's his twin brother, Flynt, a trick that has come in handy before, but will he still be able to stand out if this keeps on going?

Precious: Being Mommy and daddy's little girl, Precious knows she can get what she wants and get away with anything. Be sure not to stand in her way, or she will run you over with her (in)famous cartwheel trick! Ow!

Feel free to fix/modify anything as appropriate!

Hey! I hope you don't mind but I've made over your lot. The mods wouldn't accept the lot if we left it as it is.
Also the sims have been edited. The faces need to be unique but your sims had unaltered template faces. I hope you don't mind that as well.

No they look good! Great work as usual!

I wonder what Desiree was up to... Summoning spirits apparently... If AL is installed, I wouldn't be surprised if players turn her into a witch!

I love the dynamics of this family! All (extended) relatives are quite close.

As for the husbands, I don't think it's quite necessary to show them in the pictures at this point, plus the storytelling set looks complete to me, unless you want to show the back of their heads in the pictures, people can assume they were around somewhere or were busy at work.

To the surprise of no one, given that I've barely done it before (almost 100% of the pics for LGU and Widespot were taken during development and playtesting), I suck at staging photos. I couldn't get Dr. Splitter to catch anything on fire and I couldn't...well, I couldn't do various things, no point yakking about it.

I did, however, get a few pictures which might be useful and reduce Jawusa's workload, anyhow. For your convenience, I've zipped them up, with their thumbnails, in the attached file, and attached the snapshots below for judgment and group help in deciding which ones, if any, are worth keeping. I admit I'm real fond of Splitter's youthful afro...Sorry not to get more and do better. Many of them will need renumbering, but that should happen automatically when you arrange them in the storytelling albums for each family.

I also discovered that the bar stools in the jail can't be used (either they're facing the wrong way or they're at the wrong kind of counter) and the wardrobe in the King-Montes master bedroom is blocked by the bed.

These pictures look great. The picture where Dr. Adam is starting a fire isn't really required. It was just a suggestion. You've got creative ideas too! I just love the picture of young Dr. Adam.

But the fire should be there, dang it - it's the Foundation's excuse for sticking him with a live-in assistant/babysitter. And it's dramatic! Or maybe there could just be a shot with him in the "electrocuted" state, all crispy and burned? I don't know how to set that up in base game, either, but it should be doable with later EPs and and a batbox.
