Default expansion packs.
Can I download a lot that needs a necessary ep that I don't have and use Clean Installer to put it in my game? I want to download a lot that needs Seasons, but I haven't bought it yet.

No. Each EP changes the way the lots are saved. Your game will likely crash if you try to do that. You actually need the required EPs. SPs are optional.
