I'll be short. I'm just wondering, is there a possibility to have one of my sims own a car-dealership and actually sell the cars sitting there?

Could probably be done... with some heavy-duty modding

If you're interested in trying to learn how to make a mod like that, you'd want the Modding Discussion forum under Creativity. You might also want to look at mods that do similar things... for instance, Twallan's consigner mod, which increases the range of things you can buy at the consignment register.

If you're wondering whether a mod like that has already been made, you'd want the WCIF forum under Help.

Can't do it without mods, that's for sure.
