Default Sims 3 Store support confusion
I can't find any way to contact EA support about a problem with a Sims 3 store purchase. Does anyone have experience with this and put me in the right direction?

The problem is that I somehow managed to buy the daily deal on TS3 store twice , which should not even be possible. I am trying to find a way to contact EA for a refund of those points, but I can't find a way to do that. I keep arriving at Origin account related support issues that have nothing to do with Sims 3 store.

Thats the live chat support option, which at the moment of checking is estimated 930 minutes waiting time lol. You enter a subject there for the person responding to see. Thanks for looking for me, though

For what it's worth my experiences with the Origin chat support have been good to great. I doubt they'll be of much help here but maybe you'll get a gift card out of it. Either way, they're polite and usually don't keep you waiting particularly long.
