I'm a heavy polyamorous person and making my husbands in game is a BLAST but having to cycle out who sleeps with who is, sad
I really hope beds for at least three people exist
The only workaround I know is uh, fusing two beds ? but then it's literally a triple bed and it looks terrifying

i dont think bigger beds exist because how would the middle person get out??in sims at least that a whole new animation. you could put two beds with the feet together and pretend its one big bed? or if you have the split (frame/mattress separate) beds you can make a frankenbed with the right frame. sadly in sims4 there's not even snuggling animations like in sims 3 but it means you can make frankenbeds easier.
