Default WCIF: Sims Workshop Knife?
I scanned everything I could but couldn't seem to find it anywhere? Help!

Oh, if you're talking about Carrigon's Usable Knife, I have it. I can't remember where I got it, though (I think it was from Sim File Share). But there you go:

@lnnely Can you tell me how this Carrigons Knife work please? First I ever heard of it, what can you use it for is it for food or to kill ?
