This user has the following games installed:

Sims 2, University, Nightlife, Open for Business, Pets, Bon Voyage, Free Time, Apartment Life
Default edge gap

I'm wondering about this fringe issue, is there a patch to fix it?

If you mean the small gap, then I'm not sure. It is possible the gap is a bit worse if there's no ceiling on the inside. It's barely visible, and only from certain angles, so wouldn't worry too much.

I can't find anything other than floor edge replacements, so I'm guessing "no" to whether it's been fixed. It's probably because it's part of the floors, and to fix the floor edge you'd most likely have to do something with the entire floor mesh, and that's most likely one of the things that aren't easily modded.

There are some default replacement options if you want to make the floor edge a bit less visible - maybe it can help on the gap. Avoiding the camera angle that shows the gap would also help.

Feenwald has some: http://www.feenwald.com/en/specials...s/flooredge.php
and these: https://modthesims.info/d/459833/fl...ety-pack-1.html

Just make sure you stay away from the invisible versions - those make the gap even worse...
