im sorry youre having issues with it. maybe the problem is that they should be going into a "downloads" folder, not "collections" folder. if there is no downloads folder, you will have to make one. hope that helps, and if not, there may be more info here that can explain it better. if this still doesnt solve the issue, ill download it myself and see if theres an issue with that.
