The closest I can find is this hairstyle , although I really can't work with the earmuffs. I really need the drill-like curls in the front, although the back part can vary as long as it's somewhat long.

sorry for adding a question but, are there any alpha celestia ludenberg hairs for the sims 4?

You should probably ask that in the Sims 4 Where can I find section.
Most people here don't seem to play Sims 4.
