I suggest maybe some angelbites and snakebites? Angelbites are two monroes (one left, one right. ) and snakebites are two studs next to each other at the left or right side from the underlip if you know what i mean? :D

Hey I have been using your piercings.
They are based off the unicorn face mask make up
When sims shower/bathe/get naked...
the piercings disappear and the unicorn make up shows up..
just so you know ^^

yeah, that's going to be a problem. I've looked into fixing it but even when I have the "naked" category turned on, it still does that. Thanks for letting me know though :]
