Oh they are default replacement so they make the sims' eyes look like that without contacts. You don't have to do anything.

Thanks for the great set of Eyes. I just assigned a new uniform for my headlining resort (largest in my town)
and they look stunningly beautiful (for Sims, hehe)
I downloaded the with-yellow: Ima_Eyes_v2_with_yellow_by_shadowwolf5889.zip
due mostly to the easy zip format in addition to the great previews given by yourself.
They look really great. I unzipped into place and started the game. It was that easy.
