So many people just vanish or stop updating their mods when others are enjoying them so much. Thank you very much for taking the time to actually update and keep up with yours. It is highly appreciated. <3

This mod causes a crash within a few minutes of loading a game. 1.30.

<edit> Removing the school part stops the crashing - however for normal work it doesn't seem to actually "boost" it at all, even when using the x50. That's weird. It just looks normal.

What do you mean with 'removing the school part'? Do you have deleted this part in S4S or S4pe? And then... your sim must work hard for more performance. I think, it's okay. My Sims don't have to be promoted every day. Then it is completely okay, if they go back a gear and hardly move forward. But if it should go faster sometimes, it can be 5 times as fast.

It doesn't even work right now so no point even using the addon. There are two files edited with this, first it's the work and then it's the school. The school one causes a crash for whatever reason, if you remove it, the addon stops crashing but it still doesn't actually work. That's my point. I have no idea why the modifier isn't being registered by the game, there might be a 2nd value that was added in one of the latest expansions/gamepacks possibly. And no, it doesn't matter what you do, work hard or not at all - nothing changes but yes, you should "work hard" when the mod is actually working because that's the value that was changed to x#.

Requires an update after November Cats & Dogs patch.

This mod needs an update after the last patch. It causes an error where when you select the "Work hard" option, it makes the thing you click to access the options disappear.

Hello!

Are you planning on expanding this mod? I'd like a mod that makes my sims gain normal (or better!) performance when socialising with other sims at work/school. Do you think a flavour like that would be possible? :3

this mod makes the crappy job Progression fun. Almost. It's a sinking ship but the mod is a pretty big lifeboat

It does work. But what I want to know is if this causes you to be hired back at the same level/position you quit at? I only quit so I could go back in but work on the other branch and get the rewards from that branch of work as well. But last time I tried this I got rehired at the same level I quit, which was level 10. So is this your mod or is this EA?

Default Just wondering if this mod effects getting rehired
I would like my Sims to go into one branch take in their vacation days and then quit their job, but go back into the same career, but go into the second branch of their job. But I did that and got rehired in the same job and same branch. It was the gardener career. So I don't know if it's just that career or if it's the other ones as well. Otherwise works great promotions every day they go to work.

It's great to be able to get my sims to have a career that matches their skill level. I don't think it works for the florist and possibly botanist careers, though.
