Great job. It's amazing to me that Maxis never thought of adding washing machines. Thanks for your great work. I can finally add a laundry room to make a house look more real.

Got this from your site and my simmies always have a decorated moodlet with this in the basement. Add in the EA store luggage and I have some socks, washing decor, my sims are very happy. Thanks alot for creating and sharing.

you are a genius-i've already had this, thanks to delphy's finds on the main page. but nevertheless, this allowed me to FINALLY make a proper self-house without a giant room for nothing.

A watched pot never boils. But a watched pan still fries, and a grease fire burns down your house whether you watch it or not.

this is VERY creepy...just ysterday I was thinking "Why has no one uploaded washer/dryers for Sims3? Mainly because I'm rebuilding the homes of my past, and got pissed that I had to turn a laundry room into a storage closet.

Thank you for these <3! All I need now is a water heater, some air-conditioner stuff, and a whole lot of needed, money draining house repairs and Sims3 will be my life ^O^ j/k.

ZOMG today is the best ever. I've been waiting for this set. So excited!! I just wish they could break, hiss, and smoke. (Like I do if I have to clean my rl house.)
