I get an empty file as well. I have been having problems with a couple of people's downloads on here. I start to think it might be WinRAR but then I am able to download and open most people's files. I hope to find a resolution to this because I LOVE this door!

Apologies for the confusion, turns out my WinRAR program was the problem. Problem fixed and file downloaded! Can't wait to use it in game!!
