Awwwwwwwwsome! I was using your "ladder" in my smaller Sim homes because they're so space-efficient. But these will work wonderfully and look even better.

These are simply amazing. I have been hoping that either a brillant creator like yourself or Maxis would create spiral stairs WITH the railings. You not only have great textures but you figured out the animations for us mere simming mortals. Thank you for sharing.

Marvine, these are the most wonderful stairs! I have been waiting patiently for one of the very talented modders here at MTS2 to do this. I can't wait to use them in my game!

These are amazing! I have sent an email to my sims friends to tell them about these! Great Job!
I do have one question, I keep getting an error message on the SimpleSpiralStairs.rar . It says the file is corrupt. Could you check this please. I have tried several times on different occasions to download this one file. All the rest work great. Thank you
Please do not upload my creations to any pay sites or the exchange. Do not include my meshes with recolors. Uploading in lots is fine on MTS2 only.

Thanks so much - this is just the thing for my little lots, when the ladders don't have the right look. And with proper animations, too - marvellous.

I already have a new lot in the submissions queue, using your spiral stairs. They work beautifully, and really deserved to be featured!
