Finally! Now my early era sims can have the uses of the phone without it looking so anachronistic! Thank you! Great addition to the game.

This is an interesting twist to the phone. I like it! I especially like the screenshot of the man talking to a scroll. Too funny!

Would it be impossible to add the animation from reading the newspaper to this instead of using the phone animations? Just a friendly question.

Even as it is it looks great in my low-tech hoods!

Possible? Maybe - but if it is it's not even remotely easy. Phones are incredibly complicated. Doable by me? Not a chance. The BHAVs that control phones are... well, they make me run away in fright, that's for sure. Someone with one HECK of a lot more knowledge -might- be able to do something like that, but, heh, well, I wouldn't hold your breath.

I know it is a little odd, but, well, there's not really any medieval equivalent thing that's held up to the head and that someone would walk around talking into, so, um... it's magic!

W-wow.

There are NO words from my tongue that would be even remotely worthy of this creation, so I won't even bother.

How very imaginative! I have an 1800's house I'm play testing right now. I'll put it in tonight and let you know if I see any problems.

Really cool.

Hahaha are we going to be seeing a lot more of these phones now? 'Cause if that's the case, then by all means, carrry on. :D

(PS- Is that room in your pictures from the castle? It definitely looks familiar... )
