How in the heck were you able to make this house?? I have been trying to do a house on a foundation with an attached garage for awhile now. I love that look but it won't allow me to do it. Pls help!!

so much potential in this house , I love it ! planning on remodeling the upstairs bathrooms, putting a closet in the master, and turning the gym into a laundry room (:
