This user has the following games installed:

Sims 3, World Adventures, Ambitions, Late Night, Generations, Pets, Showtime, Supernatural, Seasons, University Life, Island Paradise, Into the Future
Nothing Works
I recently installed Sims 3 again through Steam, I followed every guide on this site and others to get CC to work... NOTHING IS WORKING. I did everything to the letter. The content is not showing up anywhere. It does not matter what it is there is nothing.

Okay, two questions:

1. Did you follow this tutorial? (http://modthesims.info/wiki.php?tit...Setup_and_Files)

2. If you set up your cc framework like in the link above, did you clear your cache files before starting the game? (http://modthesims.info/wiki.php?tit...ete_Cache_Files)

A good way to make sure your framework is set up correctly is to download and use the ready-made framework and then start the game. If you no longer see the Maxis Intro (the plumbob one) before reaching the main menu, then your mods folder is good to go.

Remember to clear your cache files any time you add or remove a mod from your game (there should be five of them). These files regenerate each time the game launches, so there’s no harm in trashing them.

There's another way to proceed here, if you care to. Please provide three screenshots, one each of your TS3 user game folder, one of the Mods subfolder, and one of Mods\Packages each in Detail View so we can see their contents. That way we can point it out if anything appears to be in the wrong place despite all instructions being followed.

Also please check the Modficiation Date/Time of the file called DeviceConfig.log in your TS3 user game folder in Documents. Right-click, then Properties to see these. They should match exactly with the last time you started up your game (if you aren't sure, then start the game and they should update instantly). If they do not match, then you have another unwanted game folder somewhere on your system that the game is reading from and it is ignoring the one to which you have added the Framework and new content.
