Meadow Creek now taken application
Need around 8-10 family lots/houses in various sizes and 3-4 community lots.
Would like to build the hood with out Sims first and when it is done then we can start adding in Sims.
ADD: Rules
Rule 1, only use the Base Game to make without CC.
After the hood and houses are done and when we start making the families see rule 2.
Rule 2, you must use the pacifier to make all teens and below and you must roll it 4 times and keep the 4th one.

I'd like to join if I may, ya'll seemed to have alot of fun when you did the last one. I am fairly good with building design (or so I like to think 
), but I'm not so good when it comes to the landscaping part. I don't generally do alot of landscaping when I play.

@M.M.A.A. don't delete your family. I found a way to clear sim references from a lot. Even if the lot was previously occupied, I can make it behave just like the other never occupied lots.
As for the houses, I can create some but feel free to bulldoze them if you don't like the lots.

But the problem is you guys want to create an empty neighborhood first (lots only, no sims).
*For Jawusa only*: If it helps, I've uploaded the neighborhood with just that family. Let me know if you did download it so I can remove it, to avoid any confusions.

OOooo! I'd love to add a house and/or a community lot :D
Must I actually DL the terrain? Can I make a BG house and let you put it wherever you want?
And another Q: If we contribute a house/build - do we have to also contribute a family? ('cuz I'm not so good at that)

No it doesn't matter. You can build one and see what comes. I did it too and it became a dollhouse. I've changed it into an ordinary house because then everybody would think that I'm still playing with dollhouses.
Anyway, just play a bit with the building tools. Then you'll have an unique house.
