@sam374 We like newcomers just fine, but we don't always know how to fix problems! No-one answered because no-one knew how to fix it. What do you mean by 'only works from medium upwords'?
Perhaps you could join in some of the social chat, talk to people about your game and post some pictures of your sims. So far I've only seen you posting new threads about game problems you are having- getting aggressive when people don't have a solution is not a very good way to make friends on a forum.
Here are the Sims 3 community forums, perhaps you could join in the conversations. If you have questions about the game, this is a good place to ask them. Try to post in polite language, without using too many emoticons, then people can understand you. We have people here who speak lots of different languages so try to make it so that everyone can understand.
