This user has the following games installed:

Sims 2, University, Nightlife, Open for Business, Pets, Seasons, Bon Voyage, Free Time, Apartment Life
Default ACR not showing hood wide settings
Title says it all. Hood settings are not shown. All I did was install it on a new PC/ No other changes. What could be wrong?

Edit: It's mod related. Doing the 50/50 method now.

Edit 2: It was Romancemod. Which I deleted three times already. Now I have to find where it is in allll my backups and delete it there...
