I love this mod (: I really hated my sims working hard at work or at school and barely getting recognition

Ok, I'm currently using this mod(x10) and I've encountered some weird things such as the Sims not getting promoted when they have a full performance bar and all checkmarks, they stay at work and don't come home after hours but you can refresh(get them to appear at home) by traveling between maps, and the performance bar doesn't reset after a promotion and the daily task still says completed sometimes. I'm also using the Time Speed Changer mod, so I don't know if these two conflict or anything, other mods i have don't alter the Sim's work. It doesn't happen every time, but when it does, it's a bit frustrating.

There's something funky with this mod. Clicking work hard makes it so that it seems to work, but hovering over work hard makes it selectable again, as if you didn't select it at all.

Both 1.7.62 and 1.7.65 are okay with this mod.

Is this compatible with 9th July update? And will it conflict with a mod I have called 'Meet people at school or work'? Sorry, I'm not a code genius

I've checked the code, it's still compatible with Game Version 1.9.80, so I guess maybe your issue is caused by other mods.

Yes, it's still compatible with Game Version 1.9.80, and I don't think it will conflict with the mod you mention.

It doesn't seem to work with the "Get To Work" careers, (The Scientist, The Detective and The Doctor careers)

I have no mods that might conflict with the mod

So far, it looks like it doesn't happen only when you follow your sim to the job place.

In rest, it works ok

Any chance of fixing the "active" states of jobs, so that the mod also affects them?

Additionaly, it looks like the mod doesn't really apply until you switch the way your Sim works while at work. (For example, it doesn't work until you switch from "normal" to "work hard")

Exactly. That's way this mod is titled "Work Hard" Gains More Performance. Please, read the description. Thank you!

Is it possible to make a mod which simply increases your work performance without switching to "Work Hard", so that you can also quickly get promoted in active careers (such as Scientist)?

Take a look at simmythesim's mods, I believe he has the mod you are searching - http://modthesims.info/download.php?t=552888
