Global financial crisis and The Sims franchise ?
Hi,

I think everybody known that there is a global financial crisis, which will affect the sales of MySims, Spore, SimAnimals and The Sims 3 !

I don't care about these useless products but I worry about the future of The Sims 3 and the quality of the EPs !

EA already began to move his people !

But I don't know how long EA will protect The Sims team !

What do you think about the actual situation ?

The Sims franchise is the best selling game franchise of all time. If anything is going to still have money put into it, it's the Sims franchise. Whether or not it'll suck is a completely different topic.
