This user has the following games installed:

Sims 3, World Adventures, Ambitions, Pets, Supernatural, Seasons, Island Paradise

s3pe - keeps telling me an old version of s3pe is installed after i try to open

I hope i have placed this in the right place.I have downloaded and all i get is an old version of S3PE is already installed after i try to open. I have uninstalled downloaded uninstalled over and over again. I need S3PE so i can change out the WPID File. Please help me
