Default My map only show grey colour and icon only
Hello,

im just installing The sims 3 today,

but my map only show grey colour and icon only,



but if im zoom to my char its rendering correctly




i already change compatibility setting to windows 8, and already setting from NVIDA for the sims 3 but still not working..

what should i do now??

I'm afraid I'm not the techiest person ever, and most of the system info is gobbledygook to me, but you do have two video devices, the NVIDIA card and an integrated chip. Are you certain the game is using the NVIDIA card, not the integrated chip, and if so is the card's driver updated? Weird stuff like that sometimes happens to me when the graphics driver needs an update.

Alternatively, if the driver has updated recently, maybe try reverting to an earlier version. On occasion, an old game doesn't like a new driver and funky things happen as a result.

I'm mostly found on (and mostly upload to) Tumblr these days because, alas, there are only 24 hours in a day.
