After I discovered this memory going through a list I've been trying to get it. I've searched first on what to do but I didn't find anything so I tried in game various things but my sims still don't get it.
What I did was get wolves and the pack leader to come to the lot and they chased my sim by their own and other times I would cheat and controlled them to do it, other times I would command them to do so after I praised them for being hostile. What am I missing? Is there another way?

Try getting a regular wolf on the lot; the one that doesn't have glowing eyes. You'll have best luck if you buy a lot of trees on that specific lot (at least that's what the hint in the "See a Wolf" want says).

Once it's there, just praise him for doing hostile things. I don't think the game will recognize a stray to be a wolf when you make it selectable because, well, there are only cats and dogs in the game, not wolves and other fauna. You could even try developing a negative relationship towards the wolf, as that may trigger chasing.

I summoned some wolves using the cheat on the mailbox and tried it again and my sims got chaced and no memory. Don't tell me it's because I'm cheating xD I summoned the regular wolves not the pack leader.

Have you managed to get the "Chased by Pet" memory? I'm taking a look at the list of memories on the wikia, and it seems that both of those memories, pet and wolf, are glitched (they are assigned as good (green) instead of bad (red)). If you patched your game, it could be that the memories got removed in a patch.

You can still add the memory on your own by opening your neighborhood in SimPE and assigning the memory to the Sim you wish.

I thought about that and didn't get that one either.

Ok I know this is an old discussion, but I think I have the same problem because my Sims can't get this memory no matter what I try, so does anyone know if these memories were removed after later expansions packs and patches?

One of BO mods may blocks this from happing. (That is if you have this mod.)

The only mod that has to do with memories I have is the CJ's memory fix with deals with great anniversary party bug.

If you were chased by a regular wolf then you should have the memory, so something in your mods is blocking the memory.

I have just tried this on my other computer, with The Ultimate Collection version, no mods whatsoever, Dina and Nina Caliente were chased by their pet dog , no memory again.

Its been a long time since I allowed wolf's on any of my Sims lots so the only thing I can think of is use a mod to add the memory.

Good news I managed to get both of these memories. The trick was to get the dog or a wolf to chase OFF (away) the Sim (usually the guest or a visitor) from the lot, not just to chase them around the house. So glad I figured that out.
