If you want to learn how to recolour the baby clothes, I did write a short tutorial on it here (it's not in the tutorial section, so nobody can find it ).

Have fun!

I love these! I was using your original maxis match ones! The cute little yellow duckies! But now I switched over to these. I only wish I could have one color for boys and one for girls.

But these are adorable! I'm using the rust cream color. :D

I wrote a short tutorial about this years ago, but it never got moved to the tutorial section, so nobody can ever find it. You can check it out here. It's just for recolouring the clothes, though. To make the override mesh, I just altered a copy of the naked baby mesh.

When I download it, does it jump to the game so when my sim gives birth the baby is born with clothes? or do I have to use a code? Please help, I've been trying forever!

No code necessary. If you put one of the outfits and the mesh in your Downloads folder, then it'll show up on every baby in your game.

I would recommend downloading one of the other two versions (see the bottom of the post, under the pictures). There's a gender-specific version (so all your baby boys can wear one outfit and all your girls another) as well as a version you can use with Chris Hatch's baby clothes changing mod (which is pretty cool; all your babies can wear different outfits if you want).

The texture in this looks so much like the lovely plush velour jammies my kids wore when they were babies. Possibly better.

Very late but just wondering before I install anything - Do you need any other mods for the outfits to work?
