just bring it into mods folder and open the game and this or I have to write some command in the game to serve?

Read the instructions in the download view section. It tells you exactly what to do, but if you're updated to the March 26th patch then you need to wait until this creator ever tells us if its compatible or needs to be updated

I get a lot of lag when I enter buildbuy mode but I am uncertain if it is bcus of a patch or if it's bcus of this. Never had this issue before until a couple months ago. I have just been putting up with it but figured I'd say something since I'm passing through.
