I have the same problem as mrstank30 - when I use this mod, my beds disappear and I can't place any into my homes. Perhaps it needs updating for the latest patch. I also do NOT have any expansions or stuff packs, if that makes any difference.

Yes. Energy Gain at 10, and both Stress Relief and Comfort Relief as they have on the UI when looking at the beds in build mode is set to 10 for all beds.
