Have you tried the slim bodybuilder? Alot smaller than the bodybuilder. More like what you requested. Slim with broader shoulders and, chest.

I'm not downloading these gorgeous sims (don't have any fantasy sims really going on in my game), but I just wanted to tell you how AMAZING these Sims are. You nailed it....they look EXACTLY like they do in FF7-AC. I don't comment often, but wow, I am so completely impressed and awestruck by how beautiful your Sims turned out that I just had to say something.

Yeah, I had the same trouble, but I was able to find the hair creator's own site: http://louis.new21.net/. You can go to the "Hair" section and it's in the first page, called "Hair_08Kadaj." You'll need the mesh and the light-blue texture.
