Ihih, "Lolita" is a very famous russian book that was written ways before that gotich lolitas became popular. It's about a man who has an affair with an under-age girl named Dolores 'Lolita' Haze (he calls her Lolita).
That's why today the term is used to refers to very young but sexually attractive girls, or, in this case, to woman who dress up in this sexy/kiddish way.
