Thanks for this! I looked everywhere for something similar! :D
However I must inform about a strange happening, since I don't know this is a game glitch or CC glitch. Thing is, my sim wanted to write a great novel. I know that's not easy, so I was patient. But SimsPedia says you gain at least 1 skill point for every novel you write. I started at 0, and after six novels written... I'm still at 0. Or at least that's what the bonsai says, that's why I don't know where's the bug coming from. Other skills that I tried (like painting or dancing) do show improvement, but no change in writing
