I have a question though, what is the difference between genetics, contacts and contactside? I assume the genetics make the sims able to give their children the same eyes and the contacts are, well contacts. Is it correct and what is the last?

These are absolutely amazing...I love them! There isn't a way to convert the texture used as a base for these to be used as the default texture for the Sims 3...is there?

Why do I need a title for an edit? And why am I asking that question within the title?
Why is it that all the stuff I download for the hell of it works exactly as it's supposed to, whereas things I REALLY want always has to get complicated? The download for the genetic eyes is broken. ~Tears himself apart in melodramatic frustration.~

Or maybe the reason I want it so badly, is that I'm blocked from getting them. Guess we'll neeeeever know.

Edit: Oh, disregard the adult tantrum. It appears it was a glitch on my end. Eheh... Yeah, carry on now.
