sdRisingVapoursNL crashes my game as soon as I click on it in the catalogue. I saw someone else mentioned this issue as well but was dismissed, so figured I'd add my experience even though it's an older download.
I have UC/all games. I haven't looked for conflicts because it seemed easier to just remove this file when I finally found it.

Thank you for the report. I wonder if it is related to the Ultimate Collection, which I do not have. As you suggest, it may be a conflict with some other object with the same GUID.
