The ears mesh is on the third page of accesories. Hope that helped

Great Chii Oh I found out something with Sims2 OFB. I used your chii and had her make a female servo. I then used the InSIMenator to turn my female servo into a teen. It took the face of the chii and then used the make over fuction on InSIMenator to give her chii hair and ears. She can now wear any clothing a normal teen can, but works like servo.
