"What's Your Favourite CC/Mod?" Thread
I thought it would be a nice idea for a thread where we could post about what our favourite CC/mods are and maybe some links too, this would help new players or just people who are looking for CC/mods. Right, I'll start:
MogHughson's Apartments and Shopping, on the same Lot!
A mod to let you visit other sims' homes (Can't remember who made it or where I got it)
I use these mods to make residential and community combo lots.

I thought there must be a thread on this topic already, but I can't find one, at least not in the Popular Threads.
Mine are:
1) Dolphin's Control-This-Sim Hack. Once used, I'd find it hard to play without it.
2) Jenflower's HomeworkSometimesFasterFun. Makes my Sims' schooldays much more fun than mine usually were!
3) Pescado's Romance mod (Go to MATY, and then drill down to your latest EP.) Much less jealousy than Maxis original version. Increases your chances of kissing someone without another Sim hitting you!

I have so many mods I find necessary, I won't even try to start listing all of them. But here are a few.
I second the romancemod recommendation. Also from Pescado: macrotastics (especially for college), phonehack, noroutefail, manual-navigation, daily gardener, and tons of fixes.
From twojeffs at Simbology, the Sim Blender, Always Flush Toilets - Wash Hands, Same Sex Marriage, and all sorts of fixes.
The most recent I've downloaded is Mootilda's Constant Sim Temperature. No more lag spikes from Sims changing color because they're cold.
I use the ReNuYu potion by Kate at Parsimonious all the time. It's an easy way to change your Sim's turn-ons and it's a lovely bottle.

If it's not that easy to find, then why not start a new thread? Or should the old thread be moved to a place that is easy to find? There were a lot of good suggestions and links in it.

I thought there would be a thread like this but I couldn't find it so I just started this one. Maybe a mod could sticky the other thread and merge this one and that one together?

Hmm...could have sworn there was a thread on 'favorite mods' (more detailed than the one listed below) going, but couldn't seem to find it. Same thing goes for 'favorite CC'.
Oh well, after getting to page 17, I gave up. But here are a few links to other topics matching your question, heat33330. Figured the Simblr one would suffice for finding new custom content.

Oh, this was in the comments on the thread you just mentioned:
General - Common Threads - Essential hacks/mods...
http://www.modthesims.info/showthre...&highlight=mods
Would never have seen that without your mentioning the other thread. The topic keeps coming up, it would be nice to have it somewhere easier to find.

Ah, I skimmed that thread so quickly, I missed that link in the thread. At first glance, all the links in that thread seemed to pertain to the person(s) replying....favorite mod site or item.
Thanks, now I know I'm not losing my mind.
