This user has the following games installed:

Sims 2, University, Nightlife, Open for Business, Pets, Seasons, Bon Voyage
Default Uberhood Not Working On Super Collection!
So I wanted to have Veronaville Pleasantview and Strangetown in one hood so I downloaded meetme2theriver's clean uberhoods for Riverblossom Hills (to keep it separate from the OG's) and everything seemed to be working fine. I then went to add the new "shopping districts" to Riverblossom Hills but my game immediately crashed when I tried to create them. I then opened the game again to try again and saw that Pleasantview had been added as a shopping district. Hooray! But when I opened it all of the lots were kind of merged with each other? I have a screenshot attached if that made no sense. Anyway, Riverblossom Hills itself is fine but the subhoods are all messed up. I'm imagining it had something to do with when they were created. Please help becaue I would love to have this in my game and working!

That’s very strange.

How did you create Riverblossom Hills? Did you replace the Maxis/Aspyr version inside the Sims 2 Super Collection, back up and temporarily remove your existing Sims 2 directory and then run the game to let it generate a new one (before copying the resulting G001 to your old setup and restoring that into place)? Or did you just unzip and copy it to your existing hoods folder?

Whichever method you used, make sure that you didn’t copy the clean G001 over the top of the previous one in your game. You should always delete and replace, not merge, or you could end up with duplicated lot or sim numbers.

I’ve not tried the combination you’re doing, but I have successfully created a new Pleasantview as a base hood, with Strangetown, Riverblossom Hills, Bluewater Village, Downtown and the three Unis from meetme2theriver’s templates (using the newer versions from her tumblr where they exist and only going back to the livejournal ones for the ones she hadn’t re-released there). Those were all fine with Sims 2 Super Collection, although sadly I’ve never been able to get the game to see the Shopping Districts she created to bring in the stealth hood families so I’ve lost those. I think it’s possible those had to be made in such a way that they’re not compatible with a Bon Voyage game, but the main hood/subhood combinations ought to work if you set them up right.

I got them from her livejournal. Maybe it's that? I've used custom universities before so I'm not sure what I did wrong. I'm just going to delete it and try it again. Could you link her tumblr I can't find her downloads on it.

Sure. I found it really difficult to find some of them on tumblr, so I bookmarked the entire list in case I needed to come back to them at some point. Turns out that was just tumblr being tumblr and refusing to show me the next page button though.

Pleasantview: https://meetmetotheriver.tumblr.com...rerelease-fixed
Strangetown: https://meetmetotheriver.tumblr.com...rerelease-fixed
Veronaville: https://meetmetotheriver.tumblr.com...rerelease-fixed
Riverblossom Hills: https://meetmetotheriver.tumblr.com...lates-rerelease
Bluewater Village: https://meetmetotheriver.tumblr.com...lates-rerelease

Bin families from Stealth Hoods (I couldn't get these to show up in my game):

And for completeness, the two non-Mac hoods. No use to us, but a Windows user might find the link useful at some point:

Desiderata Valley: https://meetmetotheriver.tumblr.com...s-rerelease-its
Belladonna Cove: https://meetmetotheriver.tumblr.com...-is-finally-the

They're tagged so you can get to them from the list below:

And I couldn't find rereleases of either Downtown or the universities, so I took my copies of those from LiveJournal.
