This user has the following games installed:

Sims 2, University, Nightlife, Open for Business, Pets, Seasons, Bon Voyage, Free Time, Apartment Life
Default How do I get access on two sides of the road on a lot?
You know the Broke family in Pleasantview? Did you ever notice that their house have an access on two sides of the road? Then, does anyone know how to create such a lot. I've noticed that a few people already did that type of lots on the Internet but I never found anyone explaining how to do it.

If someone has the answer, I'll be very pleased to discover it!

I never tried it so I can't confirm it works, but it's with the Lot Adjuster.
Once you select the hood and the lot, click on "Advanced...", and tick "Add and remove roads". Then you can add a second road to any of the other 3 sides (or even remove it and make a roadless lot).
