Quaxi, you're the greatest!
i've followed this one closely through it's stages (and experienced the previous baby bugs and such before newer versions were released) and have found it to be an indispenceable asset to my game... Wow things i can do with it! This is how gaming *should* be.
Many, many thanks to you and everyone else that has helped with it's testing.

Not sure what i am missing. I had the first or second SimPE that was put out and for some reason it just stopped working. It says application failed to intialize proplerly. I have never gotten to use this tool and would love it if someone could help me out. I am sure im just missing something. Maybe from the website??

I downloaded it and it was working perfectly then the next day i click on the icon and it says "application has generated an exception that could not be handled. Process id=0x1fac (8108),Thread id=0x1958(6488)"Then it says click ok to terminate the application and it says click cancel to debug the application.

Maybe some settings stored in the Regstry are corrupted. Try deleting the Key "HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Ambertation\SimPe". But rember, editing the Registry (especially if you don't know waht you are doing) can destroy your Windows Installation!!!

Please, just read the two comments above yours!!

You don't have the Game running while you were trying to edit the package, do you?

Doesn't work, got framework 1.1. Does it look for the game in the default folder?

it seems that this only happens when i try to edit objects.package. i can edit everything else and save it fine.

Do never save the object.package

If you want to change a Fil stored there extract the Files you need, create a new Package, import and edit them and save it to the download Folder.

Package files there will override the default ones.
