TS2. The Sims 3 was open world, but NPC doesnt really past by your house since they are busy rushing to work/home/active lot at that time.

You can flirt with my sim. Its available in the gallery.

If it doesn't interfere with your game play, could you answer a question? I wanted to know if adults could flirt with teens and vice versa. A lot of people have been concerned about not being able to tell them apart and I was hoping a restriction in action would be the way to tell. Please only answer if it's convenient. Playing your way and enjoying yourself mean more than any answer I could get right now.

It basically same function with plan outfit. They merge it together. Also: you drag your whole family into editing mode.
