Whats going on everyone? I have had this issue before, but I just got a new laptop, and I installed the Sims 2 Ultimate Collection again from Origin. I loaded my save game from a backup, and when I go into my apartments, the neighbors in there will only come out for like 10 seconds, and they will go back into their apartments. They will not socialize with the active family or the other neighbors. And also when they do go back in, their apartment is not blacked out, it is lit up like they are the active one. I reinstalled my game three times on this laptop and it doesn't fix it. I'll attach a screenshot and a video zip file, and the config log so you can see it. What's the problem? I'd appreciate the help.
