I've been haunted by this for a while now. It's apparently not the upside down lady face that pops up when sim data gets corrupted (or something to that effect), it's an entirely different one that's way worse and comes with its own sound effect? There's been multiple people who've seen it over the years, but no one's ever taken a picture of it or documented it properly. There was an old post on the neoseeker forum that sounds like someone might've, but the picture has long been gone and wayback machine can't even retrieve an old enough copy of the post to show the picture. There's nothing in the game's files that correlate to this, either. My only guess is that it might've been some "evil" mod or cc that a creator years ago snuck in as a joke, but I don't really know if that's a fair assessment.

Does anyone know what this grotesque face actually is?
