The screeenshots, obviously, are a fake 
For the "Input" dialog, I've used the "Rename Sim" cheat included in one of the cheat objects included in the game (and in fact, now my sim's name is still "I love my llama"! LOL!)
For the "Output" dialog, I've used the "have no mail" one.
In both cases, I edited the screenshots with my paint program.
