That's the icon for S3PE. IIRC the first time you use it after installation, it will ask you to associate .package files with the software so that S3PE will open them by default..

Keep in mind, however, that it will also show the icon for TS2 and TS4 .package files as well. So try not to mix up the files if you play multiple games..
