First hair is peggy 000021 but the link you leave is for 00013 hair.

That's odd. It seems someone uploaded it with the wrong name. I was able to find two other links, both leading to the same 00013 hair. Sorry about that!

For most old stuff, the Booty is your go-to resource. However, a lot of confusion stems from the fact that the Booty filenames don't match the filenames given by the creators. Hence why Peggy's version is 000021 but it appears with a different code on the Booty (haven't got the time to sift through all the hairs to see which).

I wasn't able to find the version without the bow, but it's surely in the Booty somewhere.
One small note: the filename is "peggyzone-sims3-DONATE-special0013-100801", so you can see where the confusion came from
