This user has the following games installed:

Sims 2, University, Nightlife, Open for Business, Pets, Seasons, Bon Voyage, Free Time, Apartment Life
Default sims 2 alien baby without alien eyes
How can we have got a baby with alien without alien dark and big eyes I mean for example John Smith how can we have got a baby like John or Jill Smith but especially John Smith.

It can happen at times - I think it does because the alien eyes have the same genetic value as the dark blue and brown eyes. It can also happen if the parents have custom and/or geneticized eyes.

Also, the (unfixed) default sims have a lot of genetic issues where things aren't quite as they seem to be.
