Hello!
Unfortunately, lots and CC are not interchangeable between games (although some of the CC for TS2 works in the Stories games too).
There are plenty of conversions/remakes around, but I could not find anything to fulfill your request :/ you might want to try to remake the lot in TS2, in that case here you can find all the buy/build items converted to TS2:

It is not possible as CS doesn’t have that option, and the lots don’t have roads so you wouldn’t be able to place them anyway.

Only thing I can think of is this sims 2 neighborhood "conversion" with lots that I think are recreations of the ones in Castaway:

Read the yellow info blob - it does say you shouldn't bin lots from this neighborhood, probably due to some trickery done to make the lots not have any roads.

Hi, I made that.

You shouldn't bin lots because the lots don't have a road attached to it. This is visible once you "pick up" a lot using the in-game move lot tool; only an arrow will show up, instead of an arrow + the road. Binning those lots themselves won't do any harm, but you'll end up with the lot itself no longer in the neighborhood (because it was binned) and the lot no longer placeable back in the neighborhood, this one or any other one that actually features roads, because the game is actively looking to overlap the neighborhood road with the part of the lot that is considered to be road (the latter which I removed).

I was heading for a recreation of the original Castaway Stories lots, but got carried away creatively. If you like some of my lots and wish to transfer them to your neighborhood, or want to create lots from scratch yourself, drop me a PM, I'll be happy to explain stuff more in detail. But for a start, you can try making a normal lot with roads, download CC that I listed in my downloads page, and see if you're interested in making the lot.

Be aware that even if you wish to recreate lots spot-on, you won't be able to do so, because:
