Just to keep everyone updated: We're still working on Bayside Flats and you could pretty much say we're in the final phase.
Anyways, hopefully we'll finish it before the poll ends on April 16, so we can start on whichever neighborhood wins.
The poll will end on April 16, 12 am/00 (24 hr clock) GMT (meaning once the clock hits 12 and the date changes from 15 to 16, we'll be removing the links as a way to let everyone know the poll's over.) Check your local times.
Thank you to whoever voted! Be sure to keep checking the poll thread for the announcement of the winner later on! (Right now, it's a strong competition between City Life and Sci-Fi!

Just to let everyone know: Thanks to litlegothcat13, Jawusa and Tarlia, we now have Subhood and Downtown versions for our custom inhabited neighborhoods. Just visit the Hood Building Group's profile page and pick your desired neighborhood. 
Note: There is an issue with Sirius Stahrr's alien pregnancy which is addressed in the download page of Meadow Creek along with a small simple tutorial which explains how to fix it.

Just to let everyone know, Bayside Flats has been uploaded and is in the queue. (We're hoping that it gets approved by tonight, 25th of the month, which is sort of a tradition of our group.
)
And work has begun on our next project: Emerald Heights: http://modthesims.info/showthread.php?t=556025 This will be a large project, so we appreciate all the help we can get!

I just restarted playing the game with my own much less-exciting nearly-empty desert neighborhood. But this looks far more exciting and has a functioning community lot
