I finally cleared up my game crashes and freezes by downloading the sims2Pack Clean Installer. My game kept crashing and I did everything suggested. I checked my RAM, updated my graphics & video installers and it still kept crashing. After looking at your site I downloaded the Sims2Pack Clean Installer and reviewed my downloads by following your guide. Turns out that I had downloaded a Hack that was highlighted in Red. I disabled this item and now my game runs great! Thank you so much, I was beginning to think that I would not be able to play the Sims 2 again because of the crashing.
